Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
Midwest Family Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Grand Rapids team!

What You’ll Do
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during examinations and treatment
- Perform dental charting during exams
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Set up, maintain, and break down operatories
- Maintain instruments and sterilization area
- Assist with patient records, charting, and education
- Support scheduling and daily workflow
- Manage supply inventory and ordering
- Help present and explain treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Dental Assisting certificate, CDA, or RDA (preferred)
- X-ray certification required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
