Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Midwest Family Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our Kalamazoo (9th Street) team!

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures

• Take and process dental X-rays

• Perform charting and record-keeping during examinations

• Set up, maintain, and break down operatories

• Manage instruments and maintain sterilization standards

• Assist with patient education and treatment presentations

• Help coordinate daily schedules and patient flow

• Maintain supply inventory and assist with ordering

• Keep the office clean, professional, and organized

• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a strong team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assisting certificate, CDA, or RDA (preferred)

• X-ray certification required

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
